Night and day difference! I was caught in a nightmare contract with a sketchy realtor, and I was panicking because I thought there was no way out of the situation. I had just gone with an assigned realtor from a house listing site. Worst mistake ever! A friend recommended Landon, and as soon as I called him he helped me get out of the mess I was in with no strings attached and worked tirelessly day and night to help us sell our home and find the right one. He never pressured us and was completely transparent with us. I was actually able to enjoy the process instead of stressing all the time. No one will work harder than Landon to sell your house and help you find the right one. He’s straight forward and won’t sneak things into contracts or sweep things under the rug to make a quick sale for himself. I truly felt like his goal was to help us get the best deal we could, and he will argue like a lawyer to help you win an “impossible” bid. I’m happy with my new home, but if I ever have to sell again, I’m calling Landon Twisdale!
